Red Letter Christians-the catchy name is catching on
I just read a fantastic article written by Tony Campolo about what a Red Letter Christian really is and I consider myself to be a Red Letter Christian. Anyhow...for an interesting read (whether or not you agree or disagree with it) check it out here

Very interesting. I agree with giving precidence to Jesus' words 100%. I don't fully agree at all. But my political views don't really line up with any group that I know of. So I don't really know. I don't agree with any canidate for the election, but I'm still going to vote. But first I'm going to do some research. I am a Christ-follower, not a "evangelical" and not "Red-letter". I am a little distressed with the canidates on both sides. But I cannot and will not cast my vote in favor of anyone who supports abortion.

Speaking of abortion, I hope you don't mind if I plug an upcoming Wednesday night VCC youth event. On November 7th, we are going ot be discussing abortion and I would like all who are able to come. I am certain it will change many lives.
As to the election, I am with Crusader, I am not excited about anyone I see. Hopefully someone rises up to fill the need for leadership.
Plug away my friend. I'll even tell the youth tonight at our dropin center to try and make it.
