Smoggy Air & Running

Jen from my church writes for the East Valley Tribune. In this morning's issue she wrote an article about the air pollution and it's affect on running. A lot of folks in the valley are training for the upcoming PF Changs Rock & Roll Marathon and Half Marathon and this bad air is really affecting them.
